Anti-acid tile adhesive TC3020

The amount of anti-acid tile adhesive TC3030 with a thickness of 3 mm will be about 5 to 6 kg per square meter. This value changes depending on the type of work surface, surface porosity and how the grooves are on the back of the tile.

Anti-acid tile adhesive TC3020 has two components. Always mix the two packages thoroughly. Then slowly add component B to component A and mix together. Continue mixing for three minutes.
Apply the prepared mortar with a trowel or grooved trowel up to a maximum thickness of 5 mm in each step. To reach a thickness of more than 5 millimeters, the execution steps must be done layer by layer until the desired thickness is reached. To apply on the prepared surface in a thin layer, use a slotted trowel to place the mortar on the application surface and put the tile on it with a little pressure.
